    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Ability to service/install oil and/or gas forced air and/or hydronic equipment
    • Ability to install/service air conditioning and heat pump equipment
    • Knowledge of high- and low-voltage electricity
    • Knowledge of plumbing and piping
    • Knowledge of ductwork and airflow

  • No prior HVAC experience necessary. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with various tools and won’t mind getting a little dirty. Considering the training, the candidate will preferably be between 20-30 years of age. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn a wide variety of skills and receive on-the-job training.

    Please Note: This is a long-term career opportunity, not just a job! The Technician/Installer will likely start by helping our install crew and will have the opportunity to learn the tools, parts, equipment, and trade in general. This position will eventually evolve into a full-time, fully certified HVAC technician career. The opportunity for overtime hours is likely.

    • Ability to prime and fire oil heat systems for run-outs (can be taught)
